These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services and products provided by BuriLabs (trading as Skyla Cybersecurity), Christoph-Wagner-Str. 25, 74405 Gaildorf, Germany, operating under the SkyPrime Technology Group.

1. Services

Skyla provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to: penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, SOC as a Service, incident response, compliance consulting, and access to the Skyla CLI platform and related security products. All services are provided in accordance with individually agreed service level agreements (SLAs).

2. Service Agreements

Detailed service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. These Terms & Conditions apply in addition to any specific service agreement.

3. Liability

Skyla performs security testing and assessments with professional diligence. However, no security assessment can guarantee the identification of all vulnerabilities. Skyla's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information exchanged during the engagement. Security findings, vulnerability reports, and assessment results are treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

5. Authorized Testing

All penetration testing and security assessments are performed only with explicit written authorization from the client. Skyla will not test systems, networks, or applications without proper authorization and scope agreement.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance. Subscription services (Starter, Business, Enterprise plans) are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in EUR and exclusive of applicable VAT.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Stuttgart, Germany.
